Women may wear shorts of skirts of mid-thigh length or longer with shirts with collars or sleeves.
Men are required to wear shirts with collars.
Most golf courses have a no jeans policy for both men and women. Contact the course for specific clothing requirements.
Many facilities do not allow metal spikes on your golf shoes. Ask if you have shoes with metal spikes.

What to do upon arrival to the course: Check in at the golf shop and pay your greens fees.
Loosen up at the practice facility and hit a few putts at the practice putting green.
Do you have everything you need?
Do you have enough golf balls, tees, ball markers and a divot tool?

Report to the Starter ten minutes prior to your tee time.
Be ready to play when it is your turn.
If you are playing slowly or looking for a lost ball, ask the players behind you to play through.
Avoid moving, talking or standing close to or directly behind someone as they are making a shot.
Never hit a shot when it may strike another person.
Observe all cart path rules; do not drive carts in an unsafe manner.
Repair divots on the course and ball marks and spike damage on the greens.
Enter bunkers from a low, flat place, and rake bunkers after play.
Avoid yelling, screaming, throwing clubs or using profanity.
